Experience and Qualifications of Staff

First Healthcare Services employs a dedicated team of experienced professionals. A detailed breakdown of staff qualifications is included in Appendix A.

New staff members undergo a comprehensive training and induction program upon joining, covering mandatory areas such as safeguarding, health and safety, and child development. Training is provided in-house, through external providers, e-learning, and by shadowing experienced colleagues. All new staff undergo a probationary period during which their performance is assessed by their line manager.

All staff receive regular professional supervision to maintain the high quality of care provided to the young people.
