The arrangements for enabling children to take part in and benefit from a variety of activities that meet their needs and develop and reflect their creative, intellectual, physical, and social interests and skills.
Each child / young person placed at Bainton Grove will be encouraged to participate in a wide range of activities to aid social development, increase friendship groups and broaden his/her awareness of the options available to expand existing interests and hobbies.
We are aware of the need for both children and young people to be active and the need for adolescents to be able to develop social skills and independence. Children and young people can access group activities within the local community such as guides, scouts, football clubs and youth clubs.
